In return, we provide competitive salaries:
2.5 – 3 days off per week
An “everybody in or everybody out” schedule for days of public service
We also provide uniforms, two staff meals per day and a percentage of service charge.

Please note that we do not accept applications for positions in the kitchen other than Commis Chef unless special circumstances apply. Being a Chef at mana is an acquired role and as such we require you to learn our ethos and methods before obtaining a position of considerable responsibility.
