In advance of re-opening after the COVID-19 pandemic, mana is holding a 2-week induction program beginning April 20th, a crash-course in the restaurant’s ethos and methods. In our usual operations, we require Chefs to join us as Commis’ in order to progress through the ranks of the kitchen; however, this time is unprecedented, and we see it as an opportunity to train and develop new team members, to bolster the brigade in advance of an exciting new menu.
Upon acceptance into the program, you will be hosted for 3 days each of the 2-week duration. You will be taught the correct way to perform even the most basic of tasks, to our unique methods and practices, and finally, what is expected of you in your management of a section and of other Chefs, and how to adapt to the positive culture we seek to maintain and improve.
