mana allows me to breathe, energise, channel and focus. mana is a direct reflection of my personality representing the physical side of my spirit coagulated by an amalgamation of the last 15 years experience cooking in some of the worlds best restaurants.

If I were to sum up my restaurant in three words, they would be; alive, evolving and immersive, but above all of this; mana is my canvas, my studio, and my home; for four days a week, I invite guests to join me here so that I can share my life's work with them.
