In 2018, I set about my goal of creating a world-class restaurant alongside business partners Joel Adams and Michael Holden. To realise my vision, I required a blank canvas and found exactly what I was looking for during construction of the revitalised Ancoats neighbourhood.

Every day, I’m grateful to have a studio that allows me to create and collaborate, somewhere to channel my vivid imagination. I’m driven by materialising ideas to share with our guests, finding purpose and happiness in the process.

In this open space, my team and I choreograph your time with us. From the playlist to the scent of the hand towels, every element of your experience serves a purpose.

Precision, consistency, and thoughtfulness are the cornerstones of my work, and I revel in the opportunity to challenge the status quo, but only if different means better.

mana represents a patchwork of my life experience thus far, and I wouldn’t have it any other way
